Executive and leadership coaching is designed to help leaders develop their "inner edge" - a combination of self-trust, resilience, self-awareness, and inspired action. Kristeen’s coaching is rooted in the belief that when people define success on their own terms, they create a healthier relationship with their work and make a greater impact. Known for blending deep expertise with empathy, she partners with clients to help them lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity.

How we’ll work together:

  • 90-minute Foundations session to define goals and focus

  • (2) 50-minute sessions per month for 6 months, virtual via Zoom

  • (2) 30-minute sessions with coach, client and client’s supervisor

  • What’s holding you back (inner critic assessment)

  • Interview-based 360 feedback assessment and report

  • Ad hoc support in-between sessions via text and email, with 15-minute power sessions as needed
