How we’ll work together:
90-minute Foundations session to define goals and focus
(2) 50-minute sessions per month for 6 months, virtual via Zoom
(2) 30-minute sessions with coach, client and client’s supervisor
What’s holding you back (inner critic assessment)
Interview-based 360 feedback assessment and report
Ad hoc support in-between sessions via text and email, with 15-minute power sessions as needed
